[[Mimmin Flickerboot]] and [[Byton Mawl]] return to the tower while [[Wixton Quillbit]], [[Hoodwink]], [[Staiger Ren]] and [[Faolin]] investigate why [[Marsh Meadow]] has dried up. They uncover a plot where agents of [[Factions/Corporations/The Weave]] drained the water from the area in order to build a road for trade. The party kill a [[Thesis Units|Thesis Unit]]. [[Mayor Doderik|The mayor of the town]] is being mind controlled by this thesis unit, once she dies he reveals that the source of the water was a [[The Water Purification and Distribution Plant|pit]] to the south. The party venture to this pit where they find the [[Bullywog|Bullywogs]] trying to appears the gods to bring the water back. Descending into the pit the party soon find out that it is a water treatment plant which takes magically produced water and distributes it using the same teleportation magic as the [[teleport towers]]. The party turn off all teloportation devices except for one (the left most one) which causes the water level to rise once more. After the water level rises [[Staiger Ren]] activates a [[The Painted Druids|druid circle]] and gains another tattoo.
