This is a complex built in a pit in the earth around a statue of [[The Gnomish Order of Wattelenee|Wattelenee]]. This statue spews water out into the pit, which is then teleported to various places in [[The Western Realm]]. This facility is built by the people of [[The Husk of Falcon Thull|Falcon Thule]] during the hight of their power.
