Ashmare is a large slum which exists below [[Cloudmare]]. It is choked by the ash of the volcanic erruption which keeps [[Cloudmare]] aloft. ## Flavor *You continue to march, now along paved roads, though fields of corn and wheat which are being worked by peasants. As you move closer to the center of the valley, more and more buildings begin to appear and your throat starts to burn as you breath in the polluted air. The air here also gets warmer, even though the city is covered by the huge shadow of the rock floating above. You see people in the streets, walking with bent backs and dirty faces. Some scruffy children playing in the streets are carful to avoid a man lying drunk against the side of a building.*
