It is given to a little boy in [[Darth]] on [[Christmas]] of [[1332-12-25]] along with a number of other gifts. It eventually changes hands as a second hand book and lands up in [[Locations/The Waste/The Waste|The Waste]] 20 years later. There it is owned by [[Sigrid Himgard]]. She gives it to [[Scratch Greyember]] on [[1353-12-03]] in exchange for a magical sword. Scratch uses it to govern the lives of the [[Kobold|Kobolds]] which serve [[Calderyn (The Red Dragon)]].
